Ingredients:
- 500g squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 1/4 cup harissa paste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix harissa paste and mayonnaise until well combined
Set aside
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Season squid rings with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet
Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until squid is cooked through and lightly browned
Remove squid from the skillet and transfer to a serving platter
Serve hot with harissa mayo on the side, lemon wedges, and garnish with chopped parsley
